Rewards Emitter

Rewards distributed to veZERO holders and liquidity providers are stored first in a Rewards Emitter.

To reduce the inherent volatility of rewards emissions and make rewards more stable and predictable the rewards are emitted at a default rate of 0.25% per day of the current balance in the emitter (adjustable by the DAO).
